Through a Person-Centered approach, we ensure that young persons and adults are supported to live happy, healthy and be safe and secure in their own home and within the community, so they can enjoy an independent active life.

Through Positive approach to risk management and Positive Behavioural Stategies (PBS), we support vulnerable persons to live independently and safely in a least restrictive environment within their local communities.

We support young persons and adults in accessing opportunities to participate in community-based activities, developing their skills through education and vocational training to aspire to and achieve paid or voluntary employment opportunities.

We provide support adopting the right approach to therapeutic support with an environment which is personalised and adapted to the individual’s needs to clients who are living in their own independent ensuite, self-contained flat, managing their own tenancy and household budget. For those with mobility needs, we provide fully accessible accommodation with appropriate facilities.

Our care packages cover a range of services from direct care, support with domestic living, supporting service users to undertake activities and develop skills within the community. An Individual plan of care is designed to achieve the best outcomes for service users depending on the needs assessments.
